Description: "10/17/1964: The car of the Quebec Progressive Conservative Party leader was set on fire with the use of kerosene. He had received telephone calls informing him that the attack was the work of a separatist group, and Front de Liberation du Quebec (FLQ) calls to radio stations and journals alerted them to the incident. The rationale for the attack lay in a statement made by a Toronto Member of Parliament that ""only gangsters could reject the Queen."" The MP was stating his view that the Queen would not be harmed during her visit to Quebec City."
