Description: "06/14/1965: At approximately 8:35 a.m, a bomb consisting of four sticks of dynamite, two blasting caps, a six-volt battery and a timing device was found at the entrance to the Grand Allee offices of the RCMP in Quebec. The bomb was apparently set to explode at 4 a.m. Although the dynamite was damp it appeared to be still active. The bomb was dismantled before 8:55 a.m"
