Description: 06/16/1970: A powerful bomb exploded shortly before 2:00 a.m. on the grounds of McGill University. The blast ruptured a steam pipe in the University's heating plant and it shattered windows in the vicinity. The bomb was placed in an alcove at the back of the McConnell Engineering Building.
