Description: "01/26/1972: Police defused a bomb in the foyer of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce in downtown Montreal. The bomb consisted of a block of ""plastique"" equivalent to 20 to 25 pounds of dynamite. This was the first use of plastic explosives in Montreal. The incident began at 2:50 p.m. when police received a call that a package had been discovered in the customer area of the bank. Plastic explosives and a detonation system were wired to two mousetraps. The Front de Liberation du Quebec is believed to have been responsible."
