Description: "08/22/1975: A member of the Japanese Red Army (JRA), Yohima Gyoja, was arrested when he attempted to enter the United States from Canada using a forged voter registration card and another false document. Gyoja was alleged to have been a member of the JRA's Operation Translation plan to kidnap Japanese businessmen in West Germany. It was believed he was attempting to enter the U.S. to sabotage the visit of Emperor Hirohito scheduled for 10/1975."
