Description: "12/22/1980: A small dynamite bomb exploded at the Cuban Consulate in Montreal during the night. The bomb caused slight damage, cracking a window and blackening a wall. About 30 minutes after the explosion, a man identifying himself as a Cuban expatriate living in Canada telephoned the Associated Press in New York to claim responsibility on behalf of the Alliance of Cuban Revolutionary Organizations."
