Description: "06/28/1981: American tourists stumbled upon an unexploded bomb near the tomb of Peter Verigin, the former Doukhobor leader, in Brilliant, B.C. The tomb had been the object of a number of bomb attacks over several decades. Members of the Sons of Freedom feel that the monument is a form of idol-worship, which is contrary to their beliefs. A team of explosive experts was flown in from Vancouver to defuse the bomb. "
