Description: "10/20/1986: The Seaway International Bridge, linking Cornwall, Ontario with Massena, New York, was closed for three hours because of a bomb threat at the Canadian customs building. The warning was given in an anonymous call to a Cornwall newspaper. The building was evacuated; however, no bomb was found."
