Description: "10/16/2008: Unidentified saboteurs bombed a section of a gas pipeline in the Dawson Creek area of British Columbia. The attack caused a small leak. The pipeline had previously been targeted by saboteurs on 10/12/2008. An anonymous letter had been sent to EnCana Corp, the operators of the pipeline, several days prior to the first attack. The letter reportedly said: ""We will not negotiate with terrorists which you are as you keep on endangering our families with crazy expansion of crazy gas wells in our home lands"". Eight people were later detained in connection with the attacks, however all were released without charge."
