Description: 12/10/2009: Unidentified militants detonated an improvised explosive device targeting the vehicle of a Canadian national who is the head of a regional fishing company in the Gaalkacyo area of Somalia’s Galmudug region. Three civilians were wounded in the attack. The Canadian national was not in the vehicle when the attack took place.
