Description: "05/00/2011: Matthew Armstrong, 19, was charged after an incident in which he elbowed, punched, and kicked a man in the head because he thought the victim spread rumours about another “True White Boy” gang member. Police also investigating a break-in and found seven members of the gang in an apartment which contained a cache of weapons, including a machete and knives, bandanas, and drugs."
