Description: "09/04/2012: Richard H. Bain, 61, fired an assault rifle and killed stagehand Denis Blanchette, 48, and wounded another person at a night-time victory rally for Pauline Marois, 63, Quebec's newly elected premier in Montreal's concert hall. The gunman carried two guns and had five more in his car. He set fire at the hall's back door before being arrested. As he was being placed into a police cruiser, he yelled, ""The English are waking up!"" in French. Police said it might have been an assassination attempt against Marois, leader of the separatist Parti Quebecois. "
